You must fill out an application. The information must be submitted and approved.
In addition, the prospective new owner must participate in a new member orientation.
Both must be completed before closing on your new home. This pertains to tenants renting the home as well.

Have you had any major assessments - The simple answer is no. We have just had a reserve study and we have a strategic plan in place. We have budgeted for healthy reserves and are actively funding them. We have one of the lowest HOA fees in Dunedin. Currently $326.00 per month
Do you have a management company Our community is self managed. Our board of directors handles all our day to day business as well as coordination of projects.
Do you have an accounting firm - Yes, we use a certified public accounting firm
Do our clients need an approval?- We ask that you fill out our online application and this will result in your being contacted for an interview with our orientation team
